Delivery and returns

Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery service rates. When receiving the order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you. Prepaid goods can only be received by the person for whom the delivery is registered.

According to the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one within 14 days, if the purchased product does not fit in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons, and if the marketable appearance, labels, and receipt issued by the seller with the product are preserved.
