PUBLIC OFFER
This document is an official proposal (public offer) of FOP Sadoviy Danylo Andriyovych (hereinafter - "Seller") for individuals and legal entities (hereinafter - "Buyer") to conclude a contract for the sale of goods on the terms set out below.
1. General provisions
1.1. The offer is an official proposal to conclude a contract for the sale of goods.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is considered to be placing an order on the Seller's website.
1.3. The contract is considered to be placing an order on the Seller's website.
1.4. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of the offer.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer's ownership the goods selected on the website, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
2.2. The name, characteristics, and price of the goods are specified on the website.
3. Order placement procedure
3.1. The Buyer places an order through the Seller's website.
3.2. After placing the order, the Seller confirms the availability of the goods and the possibility of shipping them.
4. Payment conditions
4.1. Payment is made in the manner provided on the website.
4.2. The prices indicated on the website are final at the time of placing the order.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out by the methods specified on the website.
5.2. The Buyer undertakes to check the goods upon receipt.
6. Returns and exchanges
6.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange the goods for similar ones within 14 days if the purchased goods do not fit in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons, and if the marketable appearance, labels, and receipt issued by the seller with the goods are preserved.
7. Liability of parties
7.1. The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8. Other conditions
8.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice to the Buyer.
